A consultora imobili\u00e1ria Havos vai captar pelo menos 100 milh\u00f5es de euros at\u00e9 2027 na regi\u00e3o do Algarve, dando seguimento a uma estrat\u00e9gia de\u00a0mil milh\u00f5es em transa\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 2029<\/a>, num mercado que vai representar 20% deste objetivo e onde faz agora a sua estreia.<\/p>

Em comunicado a Havos esclarece que a\u00a0expans\u00e3o para o Algarve surge em simult\u00e2neo com a parceria estabelecida com a Orange Tree Properties, empresa com um \u00e2mbito de atua\u00e7\u00e3o complementar na cadeia de valor imobili\u00e1ria.

Na regi\u00e3o algarvia a consultora vai focar os seus neg\u00f3cios na\u00a0promo\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria residencial e os ativos de hospitality, bem como atuar nas \u00e1reas de\u00a0capital markets<\/em>, com particular \u00eanfase no desenvolvimento residencial de segmento elevado, e em\u00a0private wealth<\/em>, com o segmento de\u00a0senior living<\/em>\u00a0a poder ganhar relev\u00e2ncia estrat\u00e9gica no curto prazo.

Atualmente a consultora soma 600 milh\u00f5es de euros em opera\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias assessoradas. Dos 600 milh\u00f5es transacionados em Portugal, a empresa destaca os 200 milh\u00f5es em\u00a0advising<\/em>\u00a0para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos destinados a promo\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria, 185 milh\u00f5es em opera\u00e7\u00f5es no setor do retalho, 120 milh\u00f5es em escrit\u00f3rios e 75 milh\u00f5es em ativos de\u00a0hospitaliy<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
