Pedro Barros Rolo is a real estate executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience across corporate real estate, investment management, development, and advisory.
He began his professional career in project management and technical coordination within large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, including the Porto light rail and subway system, coordinating surface works and multidisciplinary teams on projects exceeding €150 million.
He later joined Sonae, where he held senior management positions in real estate asset development and asset management, being responsible for development pipelines of approximately €75 million and portfolios of real estate assets under management close to €1 billion.
In 2012, he founded Havos Real Estate, building an integrated platform focused on asset management, investment, brokerage, and capital markets, serving private and institutional investors.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, development projects, and portfolio strategies across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution.
